Planet pond - Biodiversity islands

SANDOUVILLE

Description

Throughout the summer, the public will have the opportunity to literally dive into the hidden universe of Normandy ponds, thanks to the photographic work of François Nimal, naturalist employee and photographer of the Conservatories of Natural Spaces Normandy West. These subaquatic atmospheres allow to discover the unknown landscapes of the ponds, but also the plants and the animals which populate them. Created in 2012 by the Normandy Conservatory of Natural Spaces, this exhibition aims to raise public awareness of the importance of ponds as a refuge for biodiversity, both common and exceptional. It stops in the Nature Reserve of the Seine estuary - which is home to nearly 300 ponds - for the 2 months of summer, it would be a shame not to enjoy! Meet at the Reserve House - Avocette Room Area of the Seine Bay - Sandouville For all Admission free and free Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 14h to 18h
